Disperse Dyestuff Dyeing Wastewater Sample Treatment Report

1. Customer Requirement: Wastewater decolorization and reduce the COD<200mg/L

2. Wastewater Type: Disperse dyestuff dyeing wastewater in brown color.

3. PH Value: 8.5.

 

4.Treatment Process:

    Preparation: BWD-01 2% solution; PAC 5% solution; Anionic PAM 0.1% solution.

1) Have wastewater 80ml, dose BWD-01 2ml, PAC 0.25ml, stir and mix completely and adjust the PH to 7 by sodium hydroxide, dosed the Anionic PAM for flocculation and sedimentation;

2) Have wastewater 80ml, dose BWD-01 2ml, PAC 0.1ml, stir and mix completely and adjust the PH to 7, dosed the Anionic PAM for flocculation and sedimentation;

3)Take wastewater 80ml, dose BWD-01 1.5ml, PAC 0.1ml, stir and mix completely and adjust the PH to 7, dose the Anionic PAM for flocculation and sedimentation;

4) Take wastewater 80ml, dose BWD-01 2.5ml, PAC 0.1ml, stir and mix completely and adjust the PH to 7, dose the Anionic PAM for flocculation and sedimentation;

5) Take wastewater 80ml, dose BWD-01 2ml, PAC 0.2ml, stir and mix completely and adjust the PH to 7, dose the Anionic PAM for flocculation and sedimentation;

Conclusion:

Through the testing, BWD-01 was very well for this color effluent, BWD-01 dosage was about 375ppm, PAC dosage was about 0.125%, the water COD could reach the standard after the treatment, and reduced the chromaticity, from the test, we known do not need dose too much PAC, the sludge will float if dosage over 0.125%.
